  1. Do you offer FREE shipping? Yes, we offer FREE standard shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders placed via the website over $75 (excluding taxes). Shipping fees depend on the delivery destination within Canada.
 
  1. What is the standard delivery time for an order? Delivery times are based on your order items and delivery location. Tentative delivery timeline is shared at order checkout.
 
  1. How is my order shipped? Depending on your location, your order is shipped in Canada by DHL or Canada Post.
 
  1. How can I track my shipment? Once your order is processed you will be provided with confirmation and tracking number via email.
 
 
  1. Do you ship outside Canada? Currently we only provide shipping within Canada.
 
  1. Where are the items purchased on your website shipped from? They are shipped from a fulfilment center in Ontario, Canada.
 
  1. How can I find a promotion code to save money? Promotional codes are sometimes offered during special events or promotions. Please follow us @SlurpeeCanada on Instagram to stay informed regarding any ecommerce store promotions. Or visit our website at 7-eleven.ca. 
 
  1. Do I receive a tracking number for my order? Yes, once your order is processed you will be provided with confirmation and tracking number via email.
 
  1. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging? Currently we do not offer gift wrapping.
 
  1. Can I ship to a different destination that is not my mailing address? Yes you can ship your order to a different destination within Canada.
 
  1. What size options do you offer? Depending on the garment style our store provides various size options for Ladies and Men’s from XS to 3XL. If there’s a size you are looking for is not available please contact shop@7-11.com
 
  1. The price of the products seems high.   Your purchase is considered a custom order. You can pick your design, your colour, your style and it is printed on demand which means it is made as a personalized print to order item.
 
  1. What all payment options are available? You can pay for your purchase via any of the below payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac/Debit.
 
  1. Can I get 7Rewards points with my purchases? Not yet, but good suggestion.

  1. How can I return or exchange an item? All orders are final sale because every item is personalized from the design, colour and style that you choose. The shop may provide a refund if you receive an item that you did not order or if your items arrive in damaged condition.
